HEALTH
True health is about learning how to communicate with your body. To actually listen when it whispers, instead of waiting until it’s screaming at you.
HEALTH & HEALING
Most of what we’ve been taught about health is like those old “food pyramid” posters from grade school: colorful, convincing… and wildly unhelpful. You don’t need another rigid plan telling you what to eat, when to sleep, and how many steps you “should” take. Your body is not a machine you “fix” when it breaks. It’s a living, breathing, frequency-sensitive vessel that’s constantly in conversation with your mind and your spirit. Most people don’t have a “health problem” – they have a communication problem.
And here’s the thing: your body already knows what to do. It’s running millions of processes right now without you micromanaging it. But most of us are too logical, too reactive, or too wrapped up in emotional copycatting – eating because someone else is eating, craving because someone else has it, “treating ourselves” because it’s Friday – to notice the difference between a nudge and an impulse.
We’re taught to obsess over symptoms, diagnoses, and what’s “wrong”. When you start reading your body instead of controlling it, you realize it’s been speaking in a language of cravings, sensations, and energy shifts all along. The trick? Learning the difference between inspiration (true inner guidance) and impulse (emotional copying, reacting, or numbing). Inspiration moves you toward alignment. Impulse keeps you looping in the same frequencies (shame, anger, fear) that show up as both emotional weight and physical imbalance.
THE FREQUENCY OF HEALTH
Every emotion carries a frequency. That frequency doesn’t just hang around in your head — it gets translated into chemical signals, hormonal shifts, and physical sensations. Congruent, clear thoughts? They create flow. Scattered, conflicted thoughts? They create resistance… which disrupts your body’s homeostasis (aka its natural balance). Shame is dense and heavy. Anger is hot and spiky. Joy is expansive and light. Your body stores and expresses these frequencies in specific ways such as cravings, sudden energy crashes, or tension in certain areas. When you start mapping which emotions are tied to which signals in your body, you stop fighting the symptom and start addressing the real root: the frequency you’re living in. That’s when change sticks, because you’ve shifted the energy that was feeding the imbalance in the first place.
Here’s are some common unbalances, emotional states and the cravings:
-
Unbalance Water element (i.e shame, guilt)→ Heavy, dense foods; wanting to “numb” sensation.
-
Unbalanced Fire element (i.e anger, euphoria) → Spicy, crunchy, or aggressively flavored foods.
-
Unbalanced Earth Element (i.e unsafe, survival mode, anxiety) → Quick sugar hits or stimulants for a false sense of safety.
-
Unbalance Air element (i.e grief, overwhelm, loneliness) → Soft, creamy textures; warm drinks, easy, mindless snacks for control and comfort foods tied to memories.
GOAL: Joy → Balanced hunger cues; interest in lighter, alive foods.
When you can identify the frequency, meaning the emotion (energy in motion), before you reach for the food (or before your back starts aching, or before the fatigue hits), you stop treating the symptom and start addressing the signal.
pH: THE CHEMISTRY OF VITALITY
The balance between hydrogen and oxygen in your blood is the chemical stage for all of this. In its ideal state (slightly alkaline at 7.35–7.45 pH), your blood is rich in oxygen, enzymes run smoothly, and your mitochondria generate clean, steady energy. Your cells literally hum at a higher vibration.
When you’re acidic (low pH), hydrogen ions crowd the scene, oxygen transport drops, and your tissues start living in a low-oxygen environment. On a frequency level, that’s like turning your signal from a crisp FM channel into fuzzy AM static – communication between your mind, body, and spirit gets distorted.
Alkaline foods and fresh foods – fresh greens, fruits, mineral-rich water – aren’t just “healthy.” They’re high in oxygen and biophotonic light energy, meaning you’re literally charging your cells with living frequency. More oxygen = cleaner energy production = less inflammation and diseases.
THE CONGRUENCY FACTOR
Here’s the part most people miss: your thoughts can tank your pH just as much as junk food can. Chronic stress, resentment, self-criticism – these create resistance energy that disrupts homeostasis. You can’t green-smoothie your way out of a mind that’s running a low-frequency program. True healing happens when thoughts, emotions, and actions line up with the frequency you want to live in.
